Immigration psychological evaluation from Mexico: how the online process works

Portalis Team · July 27, 2026

If you are in Mexico working on a visa or preparing a consular file and an evaluation is requested, you do not need to travel or wait until you are in the United States. The evaluation happens over video with a licensed psychologist, in Spanish.

What you need

  • A phone or computer with camera and microphone.
  • A stable connection for about an hour.
  • A private space where you can speak without interruptions.
  • An ID document at hand.

Scheduling

We coordinate around your time zone. For people in Mexico, morning and afternoon slots are the most requested; late-day availability also exists.

Language

The interview is in Spanish. The report is written in the language your file requires; if your legal representative needs an English version, note it when booking.

Report delivery

After the final session the clinician writes the report, signs it with their license number and delivers it as a PDF by email so you can forward it to whoever handles your case.

If your process is different

The same format applies to other processes, such as asylum or waiver requests. What changes is the focus of the interview and the content of the report, not the logistics.

How to book

Fill in the form, pick a day and time, and we contact you by email or WhatsApp to confirm and arrange payment. No account needed.
